By accessing lyzeora.com, purchasing our proprietary digital architecture, participating in our masterclasses, or utilizing our tactical intervention services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease usage of our platform and ecosystem.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & INTERNAL LICENSE

• Strict Personal Use: All digital materials, original literature, workbooks, frameworks, masterclass recordings, and structural templates available across this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Lyséora.

• No Redistribution: Your acquisition grants you a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, reselling, redistributing, or uploading our digital assets to any shared drive, public network, or third-party platform is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a severe violation of copyright law and will result in immediate legal action.

3. DIGITAL COMMUNITY & PLATFORM GOVERNANCE

Access to our private Discord infrastructure (The Sovereign Hub) and our dedicated WhatsApp emergency audio channels are privileges granted under our ecosystem rules. Lyséora reserves the right to immediately terminate access, without a refund, to any user who violates community guidelines, breaches confidentiality, or engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior within these private communication spaces.

4. STATED NO-REFUND POLICY & FEES

Due to the immediate, downloadable, and digital nature of our proprietary literature, masterclasses, and architectural workbooks, all sales are final. Once access is granted or delivery is processed, Lyséora does not execute refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Technical discrepancies regarding downloads or access links must be reported to our Support Center for rapid resolution.

5. ABSENCE OF CLINICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY RELATIONSHIP

• Educational & Behavioral Scope: All tools, strategic frameworks, WhatsApp voice-consultation capsules, and tactical sessions provided through Lyséora are designed strictly for self-development, personal alignment, and structural life organization.

• No Professional Clinical Practice: Lyséora does not provide clinical psychological therapy, psychiatric diagnosis, or medical treatment through this digital infrastructure. Utilizing our resources or booking an intervention session does not establish a clinical therapist-client relationship or traditional medical-patient dynamic. If you are experiencing an acute psychological or medical crisis, you must immediately seek professional clinical care or contact your local emergency services.

6. TACTICAL INTERVENTIONS & SERVICE SESSIONS

• WhatsApp Emergency Audios: This service is an asynchronous, one-way strategic advisory limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes per submission. It is designed for situational bottleneck resolution and does not constitute continuous clinical monitoring, intensive therapy, or permanent crisis management.

• Tactical Sessions (30-Minute Calls): Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session. No-shows or cancellations made under the 24-hour mark will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session without a right to a refund or rescheduling.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNANCE

Lyzeora provides high-level behavioral engineering tools and strategic structures, but the practical implementation, execution, and final real-world results depend entirely on the user's accountability, autonomy, and individual actions. Lyséora is not liable for any personal, emotional, domestic, or financial decisions made by the user based on our content, services, or literature.

We reserve the right to modify service fees, discontinue structural products, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
